Respiratory Therapist
Job Summary:
Morris View Healthcare Center, a premier healthcare organization revolutionizing care delivery at Morris View Healthcare Center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Respiratory Therapist is a key member of our multidisciplinary team, and we are seeking a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and oxygen therapy

Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to improve patient outcomes

Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy, making adjustments as necessary

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
