Full job description

The base salary for this position is $24.05 hourly.

Our CanoeHouse Food Runner is essential to the successful operation of our flagship, fine dining restaurant, CanoeHouse.  This person will primarily be responsible to organize and deliver quality food presentations in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate servicing areas.  The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment and provide consistent, luxury guest experiences. Previous food running experience in a fine dining/luxury setting is preferred. This is a casual position.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language sufficient to communicate with fellow associates and guests.
  • Must maintain hotel service standards; follow house rules.
  • Ability to follow instructions and direction.
  • Perform routine tasks under little or no direct supervision.
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Ability to project self in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to obtain Food Handler Certificaton.
