Monitor and control financial/operational performance of EPC projects. Responsibilities: budgets, cost structures, forecasts, cash flow, KPI/reporting, month-end support, cross-functional alignment, process/reporting improvements. Experience: 5–8 yrs, complex EPC (industrial/infrastructure/energy/renewables), international teams. Skills: budgeting/forecasting/cost control, advanced Excel, ERP (NetSuite or eq.), English. Offer: competitive salary, up to 10% MBO, stock options, welfare/training, hybrid model.
