Full job description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Radiologic Technician to work at a facility in Madera, California. These are registry positions with our company.
40hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $720
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $18
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1085 (Hotel-686 Meals-399)
Total Weekly ($1085 is not taxed)= $1805
Feels like per hour = $45.125
$1805 div 40 hours = $45.125
Job Details:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0800-2:30pm
Job Responsibilities:

Follow physicians' orders regarding the areas of the body of which images are needed
-
Operate and adjust imaging equipment
-
Explain procedures to patients
-
Position patients and equipment
-
Follow procedures that prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation to themselves, as well as to the patient
-
Keep track of and organize patients' records
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum one year (12 months) of experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a Radiologic Technician/X-ray Technologist

Must have up to date credentials in the state of California
-
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
-
Ability to build rapport with patients
-
Compassionate and caring demeanor
-
Familiarity with medical terminology
-
Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
