The Role -

Amphenol Aerospace is seekingSummer Internsto work out of its state-of-the-art facility inSidney, NY.

Theinternshippays $20/hour, and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST).

Theinternshipwill run from May through August.

Location -

  • Sidney, NY

  • 30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY

  • 20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NY

The diverseinternship programfeatures positions in multiple fields available to several different majors and degree programs.

Accounting/Finance

  • Applicable Majors – Accounting/Finance

  • Knowledge/Skills – Microsoft Office, financial/managerial accounting

Engineering

  • Applicable Majors – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Technology

  • Knowledge/Skills – CREO, SolidWorks, CAD modelling/drawing, drafting, firm grasp of basic engineering tools (statics, etc.), 3d printing experience preferred (not required), PCB design, circuit modelling

Information Technology Programming / Systems

  • Applicable Majors – General IT, IT Programming, IT Operations, Computer Science

  • Knowledge/Skills – Programming, MS Power Tools, SQL, C#, JavaScript, basic IT troubleshooting, familiar with Microsoft Windows OS 11 & Office 365

Manufacturing Quality Engineering
