Full job description
SEIU Pay Range: $39.16 to $58.91 Dependent on Experience
$10,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who have zero seniority at CMH and who meet all other conditions for payment*

ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: PRIORITY RECRUITMENT and RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
This position performs radiographic exams at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical exams that will require independent judgment. Assumes responsibility for designated clinic areas of exams as required. Must be flexible as needs arise and possess willingness to acquire new or perform different skills while adapting to a changing environment. May be asked from time to time to float to hospital or other clinic locations. Responsible for cleaning and stocking x-ray exam room(s).
Job Requirements Knowledge of/Skill/Ability to: Shall have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of general diagnostic radiography to include surgical, portable, and orthopedic studies. Must have appropriate oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and exercise independent judgment as needed. Must be able to handle fast-paced, stressful environment while juggling multiple priorities. Participate in holiday coverage rotation as required.
License/Certification Must have ARRT Registration and Certification; must possess a current Oregon State Radiologic Technologist License. Current BLS required through American Heart Association.
Education and/or Experience Must maintain continuing education requirements as specified by the State of Oregon and ARRT Experience: Preferably experience in an acute care setting, and with direct patient care in a clinic setting.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance Must be in generally good health with the ability to use mobile radiographic equipment as needed for patient care; must be able to transport patients as appropriate as well as assist in patient transfers and the lifting as needed. Position involves standing, walking, stooping, and occasional carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work is fast-paced, and a changing environment. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and possess verbal and clerical skills. Works inside. Walking and standing much of the time while on duty. Occasional long shifts necessary.
