Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$22-$45/ per hour

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will install, service, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain residential HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently

• Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills

• EPA or CFC Certification required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on, active role that includes:

• Working in indoor and outdoor residential environments with varying weather conditions

• Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Occasional driving between service locations

• Working with common construction materials and HVAC equipment
