General Description
SUNY Niagara has a need for a part time instructor to teach the new Digital Marketing and Analytics course, which is an interdisciplinary class within the Division of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
Classes are held on SUNY Niagara’s main campus in Sanborn, NY.
Applicants must be able to attend in-person meetings, professional development, and other obligations on the Sanborn campus.
In order to build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to meet our present and future needs for this position, SUNY Niagara will accept applications on a continuous basis. Openings may or may not exist at this time. Applications are evaluated on an as-needed basis, and candidates will be contacted when the department has an opening. Candidates who submit their information may or may not be notified as to the status of their application.

Teach courses in the delivery format agreed upon (face-to-face, face-to-face with Zoom option, hyflex, hybrid, blended, or online)

Essential Functions
Ability to navigate relationships with diverse populations. Must be able to communicate effectively with students, co-workers, supervisors and the campus community. Must be able to develop, prepare, and present information. Must be able to operate computers, have reliable internet service, and must adjust any teaching to the Americans with Disabilities Act provisions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field;

Demonstrated evidence of knowledge and experience (educational and/or professional) in digital marketing including, but not limited to, social media analytics, Google analytics, Search Engine Optimization, customer segmentation, and key performance indicators;

Excellent oral communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications

Master’s degree or terminal degree in Digital Marketing or related area.

Demonstrated evidence of knowledge and experience using online and social media platforms for organizational engagement; experience administering integrated media campaigns;

Experience teaching college-level courses;

Experience with instructional technology and teaching in virtual formats.
