Join CADDi's US office as a high-impact leader from day one, taking ownership of initiatives that will shape the future of our US business. You'll drive strategically important projects decisively, working side by side with the executive team, including the CEO. The US office currently focuses on Sales (Marketing, BDR, Pre-Sales, and Field Sales) and Customer Success. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact, shape our US growth strategy, and help scale CADDi's operations.

Partner closely with executives to design, execute, and iterate on go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and high-leverage actions.

Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Continuously evaluate and refine strategy to maximize organizational impact.

Develop your leadership skills while contributing immediately as a key decision-maker and driver of growth.
Requirements
What You Must Have

MBA required, with 3–5 years of prior professional business experience

Authorized to work in the US (e.g., STEM OPT, US citizen, green card holder)

Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Strong work ethic and comfort with ambiguity — you'll be expected to take ownership of undefined, fast-changing tasks in a startup environment
