$10,000 Sign on Bonus for 0.8 FTE or above

  • Conduct holistic assessments addressing physical, psychological, spiritual, socioeconomic, and environmental health using culturally and developmentally appropriate methods.

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered care across the lifespan, including acute, chronic, palliative, and end-of-life care.

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

  • Educate and empower patients and caregivers with teaching tailored to age, culture, health literacy, and readiness to learn.

  • Demonstrate clinical judgment and accountability, revising care plans based on outcomes and safely delegating tasks within healthcare teams.

  • Promote professional growth, safety, and resilience, participating in lifelong learning, self-care, emergency preparedness, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Current RN Licensure in State of Iowa or applicable compact state (must be licensed in state of residence)

  • Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Life Support, (ACLS), completion of a hospital approved crucial care course

Experience:

  • Patient Care Tech or Certified nursing assistance experience preferred, but not required
