Shifts: 1st Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Direct Hire.

Pay Rate: $41.34 - $62.50 / hour

Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Maintain a culture of safety and quality first

• Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements

• Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking

• Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards

• Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmen

• Performs takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work

• Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency

Position Requirements:

Qualifications

• Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience

• 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures

• Experience working with technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments

• Hyperscale data center experience preferred

• Experience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferred

• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain

• Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups

• Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project work

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $41.34 - $62.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
