Full job description
BFAIR is looking for a full time In Home Behavior Specialist. The In Home Behavior Specialist is primarily responsible for providing direct in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism. They also work with parents and caregivers on implementing behavior change and skill acquisition programs. Responsibilities include data collection and input, collaborating on Behavior Intervention Plans, and assisting in writing skill acquisition programs. Additional responsibilities include preparing progress reports and programming materials.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma with a minimum of one year experience utilizing ABA therapy with children with developmental disabilities. Exposure to behavior analytic coursework and RBT credential preferred.
