Job overview

Stateline Family YMCA is hiring a Stay n Play Staff Member. The Stay and Play Staff Member guides children in the Stay and Play program while their parents or guardians are in the building. This role involves delivering excellent service to members and their children, supervising and nurturing children, and tending to their basic needs. Staff help children explore interests, develop talents, and build self-esteem.

Key focus areas include Guide little ones in Stay and Play, Deliver excellent service to members and their children, and Supervise and nurture children.

Successful candidates bring Ability To Have Challenging Conversations and Willingness To Speak Up. Preferred (not required): Fun, Engaging, Welcoming, and Nurturing.

Full job description

Stay and Play Staff (Beloit)

Pay Range $12.00-$14.00

Part Time – 3+ hours a day approx. 8am-12pm and 4pm-7pm with occasional weekends

Come guide our little ones in Stay and Play while parents/guardians are in the building! Stay and Play staff delivers excellent service to members and their children, supervises and nurtures children and tend to their basic needs, come help children explore interest, develop talents and build self-esteem.
