Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently

  • Ensure safe medication practices and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

  • Identify and resolve medication-related concerns, interactions, or discrepancies

  • Support pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and controlled substance accountability

  • Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records

What We Are Looking For:

  • PharmD or post-graduate degree from an accredited program

  • Active Maine Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain prior to hire)

  • Long-term care, institutional, or clinical pharmacy experience preferred but not required
