DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comply with track protection limits and adhere to FRA regulations
-
Ability to drive fully loaded Gooseneck truck and trailer
-
Sort, grade and stack ties in predetermined location
-
Basic mechanical skills
-
Problem solving within set standards
-
Operate a bobcat-tracked skid steer, secure and transport equipment
-
Heavy travel; 3-4 weeks at a time.
POSITION-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

Strong technical orientation skill set

Previous Railroad experience preferred

Ability to lift 75 pounds
