Position: Industrial Painter
Full-Time: Hours from 7:45 am to 4: 15 p.m. Onsite Monday through Friday
Hourly rate : $20-$22/hour 40 hours per week
Duties to include painting multi-angled electromechanical assemblies, printed circuit board conformal coating and various types of part marking.
Key responsibilities:
Surface preparation:

Cleaning, sanding and removing old paint from surfaces to ensure proper paint

adhesion.

Paint mixing: Accurately mixing paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve the desired color and

consistency.

Application techniques:

Applying paint using various methods including brush, roller, and spray gun depending on the

surface and project requirements. Quality control:
Inspecting painted surfaces for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Safety procedures:

Adhering to safety protocols including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
-
and working in well-ventilated areas. Technical knowledge: Understanding different painting types, their properties, and
-
application methods.

Attention to detail: Ability to achieve a consistent and high-quality finish.

Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues during the painting process Safety awareness: Commitment to following safety regulations and procedures
