Full job description

Job Description:

At The Breakie Bunch, we believe two things can be true at once: you can be incredibly professional AND have a ton of fun doing it.

A typical day might include:

  • Leading circle time like a rockstar

  • Getting asked “why?” approximately 437 times

  • Celebrating tiny victories (like putting shoes on the correct feet 🎉)

  • Laughing with your team until your cheeks hurt

  • Being someone’s safe place

We’re big on teamwork here. Nobody struggles alone—we step in, lift each other up, and keep moving forward. We are not the place for negativity or “just getting through the day.” We are the place for encouragement, growth, and showing up for each other.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Believe kids deserve patience, love, and structure

  • Can stay professional while having fun

  • Support your coworkers like family

  • Understand that some days are messy—but still meaningful

Bonus points if you:

Can sing off-key with confidence, build a block tower under pressure, or handle glitter like a pro.
