About the Role Tommy's On Thomas is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Servers to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and deep knowledge of our menu. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building connections with guests. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing guest orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing timely delivery of food and beverages. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and bartenders to create a seamless dining experience. What you'll do
- Greet and seat guests warmly to provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Present menus and offer detailed information on specials, menu items, and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables, utensils, and menus
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly to ensure positive resolution
- Process payments efficiently and accurately while maintaining accountability What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
