At Seniors Helping Seniors , we don’t just fill shifts; we build relationships. Owned and operated by local husband-and-wife team Matt and Erin Eckard, our agency was founded on the belief that care is most meaningful when it comes from a place of shared experience. We are currently looking for mature, dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who want to provide dignity and joy to seniors in our community.

What You’ll Do
You will serve as a "clinical anchor" for your clients, providing:

Meaningful companionship

Safe assistance with ADLs and specialized memory care (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).

Light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Reliable transportation for errands and vital medical appointments (e.g., dialysis support).
What We’re Looking For
We value mature professionals who understand the importance of boundaries, communication, and heart.
• All qualified candidates—including male caregivers—are highly encouraged to apply. Many of our clients specifically look for male peers to assist with their routines.
• Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required).
