We are looking for registered nurses to join our growing team and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. Homewatch CareGivers offers you flexible hours and competitive pay. Whether you are currently working in this field or are ready to rejoin the workforce after taking time off for your own family, this is an incredible opportunity to feel great about your job and the impact it has on others. Job Description We are looking for registered nurses, ready to do in-home assessments, but also to develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our clients. Clients require an in-person assessment every 60 days. This is a contract position with payment for each assessment completed/submitted. Each assessment must be completed within a 7 day window and the RN is responsible for scheduling the visit with the client. This allows flexibility within the position to take as many or as few clients as the RN chooses to fit their busy lifestyle. Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living, but also benefit from relationships and staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments and errands. Your role as a contract RN is to monitor the basic health of the client and adjust their care plan accordingly, help to assure that their services meet quality and satisfaction standards, coordinate services with other health professionals, and to build a relationship with each client as their advocate. Mileage over 25 miles from your home to the client's home will be paid. The time it takes to complete an assessment and the required charting varies but can generally be completed within one hour.
