Select Specialty Hospital - West TN is a critical illness recovery hospital seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate inpatient post‑ICU care, perform assessments, document accurately, and respond to rapid response and code events while supporting patient and family education.

Key focus areas include Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment, and Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.

Preferred (not required): Patient Assessment, Documentation, Interpret Assessment/Diagnostic Data, and Transcribe Medical Orders.

Overview

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Jackson, TN - Inside of Jackson Madison General Hospital

Schedule: PRN/As Needed/Per Diem - 12 Hour Shifts - Day Shift 7:00a-7:00p & Night Shift 7:00p-7:00a

Compensation: $51.00 per Hour

Sign-on bonus: $7,500
