Boiler Service Technician

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner needs a Boiler Service Tech to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial boiler systems and related mechanical equipment. This role is a great fit for someone with strong commercial boiler experience, solid troubleshooting skills, and a safety mindset.

Your pay: $35+ per hour, depending on your experience, with performance-based increases and bonuses.

What You Bring:

  • Commercial boiler service experience (required).

  • Hands-on experience with steam boilers, hot water boilers, burners, and boiler controls (preferred).

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and combustion-related issues as well as understanding principles of hydronic and steam systems.

  • Must have a clean driving record.

The Workplace:

  • Drug-free Workplace.

  • Work overtime when necessary. Be available for on-call rotation.

  • Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather.

  • This is no desk job! You’ll stand and walk throughout the workday, lifting/carrying up to 60 lbs, reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
