BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care for our clients in Monmouth County. This position offers consistent hours every day of the week, with the flexibility to work part time or build toward a full schedule based on your availability.

What You Will Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Support the client’s morning routine, comfort, and safety

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs

• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition

• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive care environment

• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams

What We Are Looking For

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification

• Availability for shifts on one or more days per week

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care

• Compassionate and patient focused approach

• Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training
