Manafort Transit, LLC, a heavy civil and infrastructure contractor and subsidiary of Manafort Brothers Inc., is seeking a Schedule Manager for the Waltham, MA office. The Schedule Manager will own the master schedules that drive heavy civil projects from award through closeout, collaborating with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and owner agencies. Key responsibilities include developing and updating CPM project schedules across the portfolio using Primavera P6, running critical-path and float analysis, identifying risks early, and preparing time-impact and delay analyses to support change orders and owner negotiations. The role also involves integrating cost and resource loading, producing clear look-ahead schedules and narratives, supporting estimating with bid and proposal schedules, and maintaining schedule standards across active projects.
Candidates must have 3+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in heavy civil or infrastructure, along with proficiency in Primavera P6 and a working knowledge of CPM scheduling. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to read construction drawings, and the capability to travel to active project locations as needed are required. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering and experience with public owner agencies are preferred.
