Why You’ll Want This Role3-day weekends every week (4-10s Monday–Thursday schedule)Stable, established company with long-term growth opportunitiesHands-on training with advanced laser technologySafety-first environment with strong team supportOpportunity to work on parts used in cutting-edge industriesWhat You’ll DoSet up and operate fiber and/or CO₂ laser cutting machinesLoad and position metal materials for production runsRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specificationsMeasure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, or gauges to ensure qualityMake adjustments to machines as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiencyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport team members and production goals as needed What We’re Looking ForPrior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accuratelyMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
