Description
Nursing Assistant Lab Instructor
Location: Heber, UT
Status: Part-time
Hours: PRN, Monday–Fri day ; 7:30 a.m. –2 :45 p.m. (maximum 28 hours per week)
Pay/Salary: $18.70 /Hour
*This lab instructor will support our new Heber Campus, as well as North Summit and Park City High School students.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities of the Nurse Assistant Lab Instructor include, but are not limited to:

Provide engaging and effective lab instruction and supervision to Nurse Assistant students.

Evaluate student learning through written, oral, and hands-on performance assessments.

Maintain a positive, student-centered lab environment that encourages growth and learning.

Keep accurate, up-to-date records of student performance and accountability.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment between classroom and lab experiences.
What We're Looking For:

Education Requirements: A high school diploma or the equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year is preferred.

Certification: A current Utah Certified Nurse Assistant Certification.

Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and organization, enabling efficient handling of multiple responsibilities.

Attention to Detail: A student-focused mindset with the ability to model professionalism and encourage accountability.
