We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to help lead a 24-bed residential mental health unit serving children and adolescents. In this role, you will oversee treatment delivery and provide supervision and guidance to milieu staff. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care, maintaining best-practice standards, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment for those we serve.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily treatment services in a 24-bed residential unit

  • Supervise and mentor milieu staff to support quality care and professional development

  • Evaluate and strengthen the therapeutic milieu to ensure effective treatment outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practices

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans

  • Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate service

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential treatment setting

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
