Job Description:

Are you an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) ready for a collaborative and supportive environment? Beth Israel Lahey Health has openings for APPs on our Hospital Medicine team at Beverly Hospital. We are currently recruiting for both a 0.75 Day Admitting role and a 0.75 Swing Admitting role.

What You'll Do:

Under the guidance of a Hospital Medicine attending, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, including:

  • Providing preventative patient care.

  • Assessing acute and chronic patient illnesses.

  • Planning and delivering treatment programs.

  • Seeking consultation or referral when necessary.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced APPs: At least one year of APP experience in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, or a related field.

  • Education & Certification:

  • Physician Assistants: Must be graduates of an accredited PA program.

  • Nurse Practitioners: Must be graduates of a Master's program in Nursing.

  • Current Licensure: You'll need an active APRN/PA certification and license , a DEA number, and a MA Controlled Substances Registration number.

  • Prescriptive Authority: You'll also need written prescription privilege protocols signed by all attending physicians you'll work with.

Pay Range:

$113,776.00 USD - $154,752.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
