Key focus areas include Professional presentation and control of the studio casino games at the table, as well as on our systems, at all times, Offering a pleasant gaming experience with professional and proper interaction with customers through the live chat system, and Providing high standards of professionalism and manners towards the live casino audience.

Preferred (not required): Professional Presentation, Casino Game Operation, Live Chat Interaction, and Customer Service.

Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Professional presentation and control of the studio casino games at the table, as well as on our systems, at all times.

  • Offering a pleasant gaming experience with professional and proper interaction with customers through the live chat system.

  • Providing high standards of professionalism and manners towards the live casino audience.

  • Always be smart and presentable, and knowledgeable of our products.

  • Occasionally, as the face of the company, you may be requested to participate in photos and or videos for the purpose of creating promotional materials.

  • Cooperate with Service Manager, providing any constructive feedback when necessar

Working Conditions:

  • Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment.

  • Noise, smoke and odors.

  • Working with others and independently

Target Hourly Range: $7.50 per hour
