HomeWell Care Services of Lake County & The Villages is seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, assist in driving sales growth, and help generate new business opportunities throughout The Villages. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a professional and knowledgeable representative of the agency within the healthcare community.

Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing referral sources.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing service territories.

Identify, pursue, and participate in community marketing and networking opportunities.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the assigned territory.

Manage and maintain the agency's social media platforms to enhance community engagement and brand awareness. SKILLS
