Physical Therapist (PT) – Per Diem | $70 - 85 per Visit 1:1 Homecare Location: Union County, NJ | Flexible Scheduling BrightStar Care of Westfield & Summit is seeking an experienced, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one home health care. This is a per-diem role with no minimum hours required—perfect for therapists who value flexibility and meaningful patient connections. Why BrightStar Care?
