Our Enrichment Aide provides 1:1 interactions with residents and conduct activity programs for multiple residents on assigned units. We are always looking for positive, dependable, caring individuals to join our team to meet the growing demand in our community for quality care.
ENRICHMENT AIDE DUTIES INCLUDE:

Assists in organizing and conducting activities that may include crafts, music programs, exercise groups, sensory activities, daily life skills, videos / movies, social activities, and diversional activities based on the resident’s/patient’s needs and capabilities.

Assists in the organization of the area where activities are conducted to insure efficient, safe and pleasant conditions for the residents.

Assists with: transporting and seating of residents/patients for activities.

Decorates assigned unit(s) for holidays and special occasions.

Supervises residents/patients that wander away during programs or activities.

Assists in passing trays for meals.

Assists with transporting residents/patients to and from meals.
