In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting our luxurious beauty products. As a PT Freelance team member, you will bring your passion for makeup and skincare to help customers feel confident and beautiful.

Requirements

The ideal PT Freelance candidate is self-motivated, passionate about beauty, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.

Proven experience in a retail or freelance beauty role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Ability to meet personal and team sales targets.
Professional and polished appearance that aligns with Charlotte Tilbury’s brand image.
