Senior Industrial Fire Protection Field Technician

Hiring Target:Senior Industrial Fire Protection Field Technician
Pay:$40–$50/hr.+ $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Travel:~90% National | Non-Union | Private Hotel Rooms

COMPENSATION & TRAVEL

$40–$50/hour depending on experience

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Depending on NICET & Experience)

$45/day per diem

Paid travel time

SIGN-ON BONUS STRUCTURE

30% after 30 days
-
30% after 90 days
-
40% after 180 days

Bonus payments are contingent on continued employment. Unpaid portions are forfeited if employment ends early.

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

Typical travel durations: 2–3 weeks

Project durations range from 2–4 weeks to 6 months–1 year
WET SYSTEM / FOAM / DELUGE RESPONSIBILITIES

Foam deluge systems (AFFF / AR-AFFF)

Deluge & pre-action sprinkler systems

Industrial valves, trim, pump rooms

Commissioning, testing, troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

NICET II preferred
-
Minimum 5 years of experience installing, servicing, and inspecting wet systems (Foam / Deluge) required.

Must be able to work alone and as part of a team.

Must have mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to operate a computer, tablet and read electronic blueprints required.

Show up promptly to scheduled daily appointments ready to work.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work on a ladder.
