Location: Local Plumbing Technicians Needed (AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN & TX)
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively looking for experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing repair, maintenance, and service work orders. We provide consistent opportunities through established partnerships with homeowners and property management companies across multiple states.

Our plumbing contractors handle a variety of residential plumbing services including repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and general maintenance while maintaining strong communication and professional service standards.
Requirements

Must work as an independent 1099 contractor

Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)

Preferred: 3+ years of residential plumbing experience

Must own plumbing tools and dependable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
-
Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving work orders
-
Comfortable using an online portal for communication, updates, and photo uploads

Valid driver’s license required
-
Must currently reside and operate within the United States
Disqualifiers

No active insurance coverage

Inability to complete onboarding requirements

Poor communication or unreliable transportation

Lack of plumbing tools required for service work
Key Responsibilities

Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas

Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally

Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when necessary

Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal

Complete work orders according to company and client expectations

Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance
