The Position: Same Day Clinic Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80 hours per two-week period; 7AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday and 8AM to 4:30PM Friday (30 minute lunches)

Essential Job Functions:

• Assessments, assisting providers with procedures, calling patients with test results, filing, ordering medical supplies, and additional duties as assigned by Same Day Clinic providers

• Rooming patients, taking vitals, intake documentation, assisting with and facilitating TytoCare Telehealth/Virtual patient visits

• Coordination of patient care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or relevant certification within 12 months of hire or have an Associate or Bachelor-s Degree in Nursing

• Proficiency in basic medical terminology and procedures and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Certifications and Licenses:

• Must complete certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program within 12 months of hire or have a current unencumbered Montana/Compact LPN or RN license

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse to join our I CARE team in the Same Day Clinic setting. Essential duties of the position include rooming patients, completing assessments, calling patients with results, coordination of patient care, and facilitating telehealth visits with the Same Day Clinic provider.
