• $225/hr rate

• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance covered by USAP

• Endo ONLY caseload

Qualifications • All USAP Anesthesia Assistants must meet state licensure requirements. • Anesthetists must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for Health Park Medical Center.
