Location: Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero, FL
Times: Weekday Mornings | Part-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Can you turn a soccer cone into a rocket ship and a warm-up into a dance party?
We’re hiring energetic, patient, and reliable coaches to lead fun, structured soccer classes inside local daycares and preschools.
This is NOT a competitive coaching role.
This is a high-energy, character-building, confidence-growing role for young children ages 2–5.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading 30–45 minute soccer classes at daycares

Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork

Keeping 2–5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones)

Being silly, animated, and encouraging

Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment

Communicating professionally with daycare staff

Have preschool, nanny, camp, daycare, or teaching experience

Are patient and calm under pressure

Can manage a group of energetic toddlers

Requirements
Experience working with children ages 2–5 (daycare, preschool, nannying, teaching, camp, or similar)
Comfortable leading a group of young children independently
High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to follow a structured curriculum while keeping it fun
Reliable transportation (you will travel to local daycares)
Available weekday mornings
Dependable and punctual
Professional appearance and demeanor
Able to pass a background check
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
