Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Emergency Medicine physician you will, lead emergency care as the indispensable practitioner in Breckenridge, MN, fully utilizing your clinical skillset in broad-spectrum Emergency Medicine to ensure critical care and stabilization for a dedicated service area. This pivotal role offers significant autonomy and professional growth , allowing you to shape emergency protocols and contribute to regional healthcare initiatives. We are offering a generous base compensation, starting bonus, relocation assistance and performance incentives to those who qualify.

Opportunity Details

  • Must be a BE/BC in Family or Emergency Medicine

  • Experienced in Emergency Medicine (12 months minimum)

  • Full time

  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities

  • No weekends or Holidays

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer

  • Base salary $384,791

  • Starting loan of 10% of base compensation

  • Quality incentives

Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

  • Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota

  • Strong clinical skills with experience in Emergency Medicine

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with women, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families

  • BLS, ACLS, PALS

Breckenridge has a population of around 3,500 residents. Breckenridge has a twin city which is Wahpeton, North Dakota. It is part of the Wahpeton, ND—MN Micropolitan Statistical Area. The Bois de Sioux River and the Otter Tail River join at Breckenridge and Wahpeton to form the Red River of the North.

Pay Range

$384,791 - $404,031 /year
