About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Mansion at Brigham. As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized attention and support. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of quality, compassionate care to our residents.

Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Maintaining accurate and timely records, ensuring that all patient information is accurately documented and easily accessible.

Requirements:
