Creative Strategy & Production: Responsible for the ideation, scriptwriting, and production of visual assets across overseas markets, including brand videos, UA (User Acquisition) performance ad creatives, community UGC (User-Generated Content) viral hooks, and app store visual storefronts (App Store / Google Play).

  2. Tailored Audience Campaigns: Formulate customized creative strategies aligned with seasonal themes or IP collaborations (leveraging tags such as Art, Female-oriented, Hardcore Competitive, etc.) to deliver high emotional resonance and precise visual positioning for diverse target demographics.

  3. Global Aesthetic Excellence: Maintain premium international aesthetic standards; strictly control color grading, composition, pacing, and visual sophistication to ensure deliverables resonate with local cultural sensibilities while firmly rejecting low-brow, low-quality, or formulaic user acquisition tropes.

  4. Cross-Functional & Vendor Management**: Guide and collaborate with visual designers, 3D/video editors, and external vendors to execute creative concepts efficiently and at high quality; translate creative intent into structured, logical design briefs for production teams.

  5. Data-Driven Optimization: Routinely analyze full-funnel performance metrics (e.g., CPM, retention rates, CTR, CVR) with strong logical reasoning; agilely diagnose creative fatigue or friction points based on data, and rapidly deploy systematic iteration and optimization plans.

Job Requirements

  1. Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in overseas gaming brand video production, with a deep capacity to empathize with the emotional pain points, subcultures, and nuances of players across different global regions.

  2. Technical Mastery & Cinematography: Highly proficient in video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, with the ability to skillfully utilize VFX plugins; expertise in Motion Graphics (MG) and 2D animation is highly preferred. Masterful command of cinematic lens language, pacing, and artistic expression.

  3. Strategic Thinking: Capable of providing robust logical frameworks for every creative pitch (e.g., justifying why specific visual metaphors or editing rhythms are utilized), expertly balancing the intersection of "brand identity" and "UA acquisition efficiency."

  4. Educational Background & Passions: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film & Advertising, or related fields is preferred.
