High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred.

Active HHA certification/license preferred.

Physically capable of performing assigned caregiving duties.

Ability to safely handle body fluids and other potentially hazardous materials.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Meets all applicable personnel and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect personal care services in the client's home under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Follow individualized care plans and assigned care instructions.

Maintain a safe environment and utilize proper safety procedures while delivering care.

Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs to the supervising nurse.

Document services provided accurately and submit required records promptly.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and healthcare team members.

Support clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
