What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.

CNC troubleshooting drives, motors
-
Machine repair
-
Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling and malfunctions
-
Operate the personnel lifts
-
Operate forklifts
-
Perform repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards
-
Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas
-
Build or fabricate devices to improve quality and production
-
Use hand and power tools
-
Move equipment
-
Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering, maintenance and inventory supply check in / out using CMMS system
-
Lookup MRO parts using CMMS system, if not available provide all relevant information to clerk, engineer or manager for prompt order of repair parts and rebuild machines as required

All non-routine machine maintenance and upkeep machines as required

Evaluate / repair / replace electrical motors and component
-
Wire machines
-
Install new equipment to meet all production needs

Basic PLC maintenance

Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

Practice 5Ss
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints
