Automotive Mechanic/Repair Technician
Compensation: $28.00-$35.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
-
Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance services across various systems including brakes, suspension, electrical, engine, and HVAC
-
Conduct vehicle inspections using both paper and digital forms
-
Assist with customer service and sales, offering expert recommendations
-
Mentor junior technicians through repair processes
-
Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment
-
Perform tire installations and repairs
-
Receive and stock inventory
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of automotive repair experience across multiple systems
-
ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months) or dealer equivalent
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
-
Strong physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labor
