At Pathways to Community (PTC), we’re hiring a Program Support Professional III who’s ready to bring energy, compassion, and care to every shift. This unique role offers the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities one-on-one and in small group settings—while also getting out into the community for weekend events, and activity outings.

Position Title: Program Support Professional II
Schedule: Availability to be scheduled to work between 8:00am–9:00pm Monday-Friday
Position Type: Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteed
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Location: Twin cities metro area
In this role you will be making a difference by:

Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence.

Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program.

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment.

Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.

Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed).
To be considered for this role you must:

Carry a valid driver’s license
-
Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car)

Hold an acceptable driving record.

Possess strong English communication skills.
-
Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
-
Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.

Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
