Key Responsibilities Buyer & Stakeholder Management Own relationships across CFO, Treasury, Finance Ops, and IT teams

Build strong advocacy at middle management levels

Manage escalations, reviews, and quarterly strategic discussions

Act as the single point of accountability for buyer programs

Program Scaling & Optimization Drive invoice flow growth and vendor participation

Identify and resolve program bottlenecks

Guide buyer-side decisions on policy, rates, and capital allocation

Ensure smooth integrations and post-go-live support

Data & Analytics Track program performance across key metrics

Perform basic analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Translate insights into clear actions for internal teams and buyers

Use data to support strategic conversations and decisions

Expansion & Cross-Sell Identify SaaS automation and lending opportunities

Drive buyer-led vendor conversion initiatives

Support nuanced conversations around rates, approvals, and urgency cases
