We're seeking an experienced parenting coach to work with both prospective and current parents navigating the many stages of raising a family. This role includes general exploration and family planning guidance for those preparing to become parents, as well as newborn and infant care for those in the earliest stages. Coaches also support current parents with child development, behavior management and discipline techniques, and communication strategies to strengthen the parent-child relationship. Additional guidance includes co-parenting strategy and work-life balance to help parents navigate family life alongside their other responsibilities. Ideal candidates have professional experience in child development, family therapy, or parent coaching, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping parents feel confident at every stage. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every family.
