Full job description
We are looking for special counsel or associates with at least six years of law firm experience to join our market-leading and growing Real Estate Department in either NY or DC. Candidates should have significant "dirt" commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions/dispositions and borrower-side financings. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:

1st year: $225,000

2nd year: $235,000

3rd year: $260,000

4th year: $310,000

5th year: $365,000

6th year: $390,000
-
7th year: $420,000
-
8th year: $435,000
The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Salary Range $390,000—$435,000 USD
