In-Home Caregiver – Greater San Diego Area $18 –$23/hour | Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training & Orientation Make a Real Difference — Every Single Day If you find purpose in showing up for people when they need it most, this role was built for you. We're looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to join our team across the Greater San Diego area — people who understand that great care isn't just clinical, it's deeply human. What You'll Do You'll provide hands-on, non-medical support that helps clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's disease live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Day to day, that looks like:

Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe redirection for memory care clients

Meal preparation and feeding assistance ● Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups

Transportation to appointments and outings ● Monitoring client wellbeing and communicating changes to the care team

Prior caregiving experience, especially with neurodegenerative or memory care clients

Patience, reliability, and genuine compassion ● Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
