About the Role We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to oversee shift operations, lead shop-floor teams, and achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day plant operations, managing shift headcount, line balancing, and workstation allocation.

Drive line metrics including Output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), First Pass Yield (FPY), and cycle time adherence.

Partner with Process/Equipment Engineering and Quality teams to troubleshoot line stoppages and resolve recurring quality defects.

Manage operator discipline, performance appraisals, training matrices, and shift cross-skilling.

Enforce 5S standards, EHS policies, and standard operating procedures across the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.

4+ years (Supervisor) / 8+ years (Manager) of direct floor management experience in electronics, precision engineering, or semiconductor assembly.

Strong leadership in managing shift technicians, line leaders, and large operator headcount.

Experience with MES, ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle), Lean Manufacturing, and 8D root-cause problem solving.
